Digital Printing

Inca Columbia Turbo Digital Press

This digital flatbed press can print up to 126" x 63" using UV cured inks.  It offers exceptional lenticular printing up to 4' x 8' and can print directly to virtually any substrate up to 1½ " thick: wood, vinyl, stryrene, laminates, aluminum, fabric, stone, and canvas.  The Columbia prints up to 1325 square feet per hour, while maintaining outstanding image resolution up to 800 dpi x 1200 dpi.
 

Inca Spyder 320 Digital Press

This 4-color press is a true flatbed machine with pinpoint drop accuracy, using a new ink delivery system to achieve excellent adhesion and flexibility.  The Spyder prints directly to a variety of substrates up to 175 lbs. and on rigid or flexible sheet material up to 1¼ " thick.  It produces high-definition satin prints up to 600 dpi and allows edge to edge printing, eliminating the need for trimming.

HP Designjet Z6100 8-Color
Our HP Designjet Z6100 uses dye or UV resistant inks to print vibrant and consistent images up to 58" wide on a variety of rolled media for both indoor and outdoor applications. This 8-color process is ideal for artful or photographic POP displays and specialty media. 

Screen Printing

M&R Patriot and M&R Eclipse
Both screen printing presses produce beautiful four-color images up to 110 LPI with both UV and solvent-based inks.  The Patriot has a print area of 52" x 96" with a 60" in line U.V. dryer.  The Eclipse prints up to 40" x 56" with a 48" in line U.V. dryer.
